Fitness First?

Hey sayang,

hahaha gara2 fitness first..20 minutes workouts for the 1st day semlm..
Aku tido seawal 9 malam..dan bangun selewat 10 pagi..
Imagine laa..haha
Today hari ke2..workouts yang lagi mcabar dan myakitkan segala urat2 ku..
Tapi puas hati..kerana berat badanku bkurang..
wkakakaaka..
I HATE STEPPING btw..hate so much..
sakit kaki

yang lain smua okee laa..
ahahhaa...
BTW I feel in love with gym..
xpegi klu mesti bosan..
but kena pandai wat jadual laa..
study+gym+saloon
hahahaha..
rambut kena jaga jgkk bhai..
btw juz utk 3times je kt fitness ni busy..
sbb ade trainer..
pasni bgantung laa..nk sambung ade trainer or not..
juz leh gune tempt tu bebas..
masuk takuar2 pon xpe..ahah
but for me.. I need trainer..
sbb xde motivation..
ahahaaha...
dan sy memilihh oke..
sy nk terus n stay with my trainer skang..
iaitu abg besi+senior kat sekolah dlu..
sbb at least dh biasa kan..
plus dia pon my abg jgk..so dia dh phm keMANJAan
adiknya yg tlampauu..haahah
